Email authentication

Email authentication has been introduced as part of the continuous improvement of this service and to further protect you and your data. This means that you may be required to enter a verification code sent to your email address when you log into your account.

If you have received an email containing a verification code that you were not expecting, we recommend that you change your password.

If a student has requested to pay for your childcare using a Childcare Grant you need to register with us to receive payments.

If you have not already registered with the service you can register as a childcare provider.

Do you need more time?

You will automatically be signed out after 30 minutes of inactivity, if you select the “Keep me signed in for longer” option the time limit will be increased to 20 hours of inactivity.
